It is safe to say that I have wandered a bit. I served in the military, flew some jets, jumped out of most, climbed mountains (I jumped off of them too), taught fitness, owned a gym, and have spent the last few years speaking to organizations and leaders. It has been a journey, and in all honesty, I have no idea where it is going. I seek the things that make me uncomfortable. I move towards things... more

Used to be a great podcast before Andy tumbled down a political hole. I'm afraid he will start the same lunatic ramblingsas Joe Rogan and others.
I’ve been a coach since I was 19 in 1980. RARELY have I ever encountered the coach who is as she describes so negatively. Do they exist? Yep. But they’re very uncommon in the community in being uncaring or abusive towards their athletes. I’ve coached both genders, six sports on multiple levels, including JC & semi pro & both in US & abroad. The VAST majority are the antithesis of what Fraser portrays. Those coaches & teachers who mentally, emotionally, or psychologically abuse youth is very unco... more
Been a long time listener of Andy’s and he’s always been one of the most authentic, honest, and damn right funniest podcasters in this space, his humour, humility and integrity show up in every episode, he’s never scared to admit he’s wrong or shy away from difficult questions (and hard truths) that need to be asked, especially in the Rob O’Neil interview, there’s always a good life lesson in here as well and some great laugh out loud moments!
Cannot recommend this enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I started leaving this podcast on for my dogs 6 months ago. Now, they have created a self sustaining advertising network that pays the local dog walkers who walk them. Win win.

A blunt, high-gear conversation show centered on leadership, resilience, and real-world performance. Episodes regularly explore military backgrounds, high-stakes decision making, personal reinvention, and lessons learned from extreme experiences, often tying those insights to civilian leadership, business, and relationships. A standout trait is the host's willingness to challenge guests with tough questions while weaving in practical life guidance, humor, and sponsor-driven reads. This makes it appealing to audiences like veterans, entrepreneurs, operators, and professionals seeking candid, no-nonsense discussions about accountability, growth, and doing the work to improve oneself and others.
