I served in the military, flew some jets, jumped out of most, climbed mountains (I jumped off of them too), taught fitness, owned a gym, and have spent the last few years speaking to organizations and leaders. It has been a journey, and in all honesty, I have no idea where it is going. I seek the things that make me uncomfortable. I move towards things... more

Thank you for doing this podcast!!! Very important for women!!!
Very insightful , entertaining and Andy’s sense of humor is spot on, keep it going. It gets me through my work days.
Not gonna hear anything original here. Boring miltainmemt. It’s a common recipe these days. Military service, a few base jumps, shake and pour over current events. Comes out lookin and tastin like the diarrhea they serve all over town. This space is shrinking and you idiots are all balls deep in each others hack ideology.
Every single time. It’s my go to on a daily basis. Hilarious and insightful and thought provoking all at the same time.
Finally got Vaughn back on; this is what the show needs on Fridays. Though, Andy really needs to be much more kind to his father.
