I like the show concept. Great guest speakers. The recent episode with the ER doctor talking about the Mission Critical Team Institute was incredible. The audio quality needs a bit of work. It seems slightly off compared to other top podcasts, but this is something that can be fixed. The voices sometimes sound weaker and less full, if that makes sense.
