  • Solid Podcast, but...

Enjoy the show because of the guests that are on, but the host talks WAY too much. The guests are the reason I tune in but I don't get to hear as much from them because the host is talking rather than listening.

  • Let the guest speak

I came to listen to Charlie but heard more from the host about his thoughts about Charlie and what he though he was going through and what he assumed was going on. Let the guest talk. Good lord.

I found this podcast looking for info on EMDR. The episode I listened so far have helpful and a nice blend of old and new school. As a 47 year old male talking about therapy feels like fighting the norm.
