I found this podcast looking for info on EMDR. The episode I listened so far have helpful and a nice blend of old and new school. As a 47 year old male talking about therapy feels like fighting the norm.

  • Great guests, average content

These guys have great guests but are extremely long-winded in talking about things that don’t matter and often times brush off key details. I’ve listened to a dozen shows and every one has left me disappointed. If you’ve got time and are looking for background noise, enjoy. But for brevity and useful information, there are much better sources.
