I was struck by the honest and personal account that Sandy shared on her lepisode titled 'Be That Teacher' (S7E170) to make our practice and teaching more informed based on the feedback received from your students. I look forward to exploring her latest offering of anatomy 101 course and future episodes. Thank you Sandy.

  • Awesome

Episode 63… feeling the “real yoga” sting with you. We are all a community working with others to help bring relaxation and exploration of movement through mind, body, and spirit. I would agree it was said due to feeling threatened which is sad because there is so much yoga for everyone. I also agree it is best to keep space in what I like to call your “anger flask” so that you are an “actor” and not a “reactor”. Thank you for this Sandy!
