The podcast covers a wide range of wonderful topics. Each episode is an opportunity to learn and explore a new thing about fitness and personal development.
Only recently picked up this podcast but really enjoying the conversations & insight involved in the the guests. Picked up the Dan Stanley episode and loved the dpeth and honesty involved from both to open up and show how emotionally men need to develop and the recources out there to help.

Been listening to BCR for years now. He set the standard on how podcasts should be. Some unbelievable knowledge and information given for free over the years and it continues to get better. You don’t have to be a fitness fanatic, anyone can listen and learn. Would highly recommend to anyone. 5stars from me.
