  • Practical strategies for daily challenges

This informative podcast is on every bibliography of every paper I write and presentation I give to ADHD groups. In every podcast, Tara and Lynn normalize the challenges faced by ADHDers. It is so important when our mid-steps destroy our sense of agency. each podcast offers helpful life hacks that have worked for others. Especially helpful is the reminder that our best strategy is to be willing to change strategies when they no longer serve.

  • Wonderful info and advice

A recent late-life diagnosis with various mental health ‘disorders’ culminated in me trying to end my life. ADHD has been the most complicated and difficult to understand and manage until this podcast. Thank you so much for the clear, accessible and effective information. If I hadn’t lost my job at the start of the pandemic I def would have engaged the professional services on offer.

The first couple of months following the diagnosis were really hard and I felt very lonely and in total despair. I have been battling burnouts and depressions alongside more traditional adhd symptoms and found it very hard to get the right kind of help, that focus on strenghts and not only the deficit of the adhd. This pod has taught me so many great things and strategies ab... more
