Every week I look forward to the new podcast releasing. Amanda is relatable and I love her content around not only living and alcohol free life, but also on spirituality and wellness.
I discovered Amanda a few weeks ago when I decided to embark on my sober curious journey. Her vision and message is so refreshing, non-judgy, accessible and heart felt. I love the shorter episodes, still the content is poignant and relatable. Thank you thank you
Amanda is an amazing life coach that helps you find new ways to problem solve instead of reaching for a mind-numbing drink!
I found Amanda’s podcast on Instagram when somebody else tagged her in a sober life type video. I just felt that she was speaking directly to me. After listening to the podcast I feel it even more. Great content. i’ve already gone 40 days without drinking because I always give up alcohol for Lent and was actually thinking about trying to go a little bit further just for the heck of it and found Amanda’s podcast… I don’t think by accident.
I discovered Amanda’s podcast when searching for ‘sober curious’ content on Instagram. It’s different than a lot of other perspectives and I resonate with her messages so much! Give this a listen if you’re thinking about changing your relationship with alcohol. Highly recommend!
