I was diagnosed with type one diabetes a year ago at age 31. It’s been a tough year learning how to keep myself alive on top of everything else life throws at you but Jen and this podcast has been such a blessing. Recently discovered this podcast and it is brilliant. Really helps with the mental burden diabetes brings to hear from others. There is a real lack of mental support for managing this chronic condition and these podcasts really help fill that gap. As a type 1 diabetic for 31 years this is just what I have been looking for.
Though I love Ami and Jen, the podcast is starting to get old now. I miss Jen’s interviews. I think it would work fine if they hung out occasionally, but they need to change it up a bit. I still love them, though.
