  • Practical information on therapies!

I randomly found this podcast a few months ago. I loved how the topics are relatable and the information it gives is applicable to real life situations.

For instance I got curious about the feelings wheel they talk about Debrief: Megan’s episode. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the information on the blog.

Through the interview, Beth’s expertise and kindness was so apparent. This podcast covers many me... more
