One of the very first episodes I listened to was in early 2022 and it spoke immensely to me. This podcast gave me language at a time where I was searching for answers. It helped me put my thoughts into words. Super thankful I randomly stumbled upon this podcast. It was definitely a God send.
Invaluable information and guests for trauma clinicians and laypeople. But the rambling and redundant introductions are the worst. Add to that ads that are spliced in without warning and the podcast loses me a bit making it a challenge to follow as optimally.

Episode 334 of "Therapy Chat" with Dr. Ronald Levant and Shana Pryor offers a comprehensive exploration of the construct of toxic masculinity. The conversation sheds light on how this phenomenon impinges upon men and contributes to violence, providing valuable insights and resources for understanding and addressing these critical issues.
