  • Microphone Misuse

Move further away from the microphone, turn up the volume, and speak louder. You’re chuckle-snuffing, with the microphone too close to your mouth and it’s very unappetizing.

  • Content is great - production not so much

The content is great, however the production is so awful that it distracts from the content. Random music is played over folks talking, there doesn’t feel like there is any structure or outline being followed. A lot of weird cuts and gaps within the podcasts that make me think the app has stopped working. I want to keep listening but it’s super hard to stay focused because of the production.

  • Gratitude

I listen to all of Tammy’s episodes and get so much out of them. So grateful to her and her guests for giving so much of their knowledge, insights, time and expertise to this IFS community. Just listened to the last episode with Derek. Taking his Stepping Stones course, advanced weekends and watching his you tube videos has enlightened my experience as a human being. His courage to share his journey has already helped so many of my parts as well as the parts of my clients. He continues to show h... more

Britt explains that you cannot realign someone's value system unless you first address their sense of safety and understanding what their values serve.
Align Your Mind with Britt Frank
Q: How do we go from our tantruming critic telling me that I'm not doing enough well enough to transforming that to be my best coach?
Britt suggests using the acronym ALIGN to acknowledge, listen, investigate, give gratitude, and negotiate with your inner critic.
Is It Trauma or Neurodivergence with Irina Diyankova
Q: How do we peel back what's trauma and what's neurodivergence?
I address trauma first to help the person heal that, and then look at what remains to understand if it is related to neurodivergence.
Is It Trauma or Neurodivergence with Irina Diyankova
Q: What made you decide to focus on IFS and neurodivergence?
It developed organically as I became more aware of my own neurodivergence while working through past trauma, realizing that many of my trauma clients were neurodivergent as well.
