This podcast changed my life. I encourage everyone I know to listen to it! It’s something we all need to hear and we aware of. Dr. Ashley is one of the actual best humans I know, she’s learning what she preaches and that makes her real. She’s such a safe space!
Great podcast with loads of info on a variety of health topics. I’ve learned so much listening.
Ashely touches on such a wide variety of important and supportive topics. She’s a great speaker and much of what she touches on validates our need to feel human, authentic and balanced. We aren’t giving ourselves permission, as women to do what feels authentic and best for our individual selves. Ashely gets that and is guiding us to that permission.
This is helping me so much. Dr. Ashley, don’t stop making them, please. Good for anyone to listen to but if you’re dealing with chronic inflammation or issues around PMS/PMDD ... Oh. My. God! Also, Ashley’s personality shines through and is very endearing.
