  • WOW!

Just listened to your 1st podcast! Everything that was said was so relatable to me! Thank you for sharing and showing woman that you’re not alone!!! When you said that you used your middle name it brought me back to 2011 when I changed everything to my middle name and became known as Jenny Maria! (Until I got remarried)

As someone starting a diagnosis journey, I was excited to hear this podcast. But I heard more about Sarah (and in hyper speed no less) .. honestly - the guest barely got a word in … we heard more about Sarah’s diagnosis and symptoms than about ADHD.

  • Used to enjoy this

I used to enjoy this podcast its become very hard to listen to. I keep trying to give it a shot and then have to turn it off half way through. I love Sarah but I have realized that every episode is the same as the last. She speaks over and interrupts all her guests. The questions are always the same. I prefer the solo podcast because at least I don’t have to listen to her interrupting. We enjoy your guest we want to hear what they have to say without your thoughts on it.

The One About Comebacks, Crashouts and Maximizing Life with Yasmine Cheyenne
Q: What is the book fundamentally about and who is it for?
It's about helping people rebuild a meaningful life outside of work and roles, reconnecting with their younger selves, and taking small, concrete steps toward a comeback rather than a drastic upheaval.
The One About Uncovering Hidden Desires, Sexual Exploration & Liberation with Kathy Kay
Q: What inspired you to start a podcast focused on hidden sexual stories?
Kathy explains it began by accident when she sourced stories from Craigslist while seeking engaging, regular topics; the interest grew into a long-running show that focuses on real experiences and the psychology behind them, not just titillating tales.
The One About The Different Forms Of Love with Josie Balka
Q: How are you doing?
It's the worst sadness I've felt in a long time, particularly with the loss of my job and my dog.

It's a time of realization on the path of life with many unexpected changes happening all at once.
BEST OF 2025: The One About Realizing How Hard Can It Be, Boys Do It? With Mads Mitch
Q: What's your process for creating content?
My content comes from relatable experiences, and I often think of new ways to formulate things we all experience daily.
