  • Vapid and boring

This woman says so many words without saying anything of substance or significance. She interrupts a lot too. I’d give zero stars if I could.

  • WOW!

Just listened to your 1st podcast! Everything that was said was so relatable to me! Thank you for sharing and showing woman that you’re not alone!!! When you said that you used your middle name it brought me back to 2011 when I changed everything to my middle name and became known as Jenny Maria! (Until I got remarried)

As someone starting a diagnosis journey, I was excited to hear this podcast. But I heard more about Sarah (and in hyper speed no less) .. honestly - the guest barely got a word in … we heard more about Sarah’s diagnosis and symptoms than about ADHD.

What an open and honest conversation you had with Markie… unbelievable that sex trafficking is happening so close to home … wishing Markie all the best as she continues her healing journey.

  • Used to enjoy this

I used to enjoy this podcast its become very hard to listen to. I keep trying to give it a shot and then have to turn it off half way through. I love Sarah but I have realized that every episode is the same as the last. She speaks over and interrupts all her guests. The questions are always the same. I prefer the solo podcast because at least I don’t have to listen to her interrupting. We enjoy your guest we want to hear what they have to say without your thoughts on it.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The One About Rejection Sensitivity, Leadership and the Impact of Your Circle with Ashley Deland
Q: What do you think people are hoping to hear from you when they listen to you speak about life and business?
People are seeking permission to shed limiting identities and to embrace authenticity while still achieving success; they want practical guidance on bridging professional expectations with who they are.
The One About Astrology, Manifestation and Mercury in Retrograde with Spirit Daughter
Q: What is Mercury retrograde about in practical terms, and how should one navigate it?
Mercury retrograde affects outward communication, so use the time to rewrite your inner narrative, reframe goals, and focus on calm, relaxed strategies rather than panic; it's an opportunity to refine how you express yourself.
The One About Astrology, Manifestation and Mercury in Retrograde with Spirit Daughter
Q: First of all, what is retrograde?
Retrograde is when a planet appears to move backward in the sky due to an optical illusion caused by relative motion; Mercury retrograde happens about three times a year for roughly nine weeks, and this energy tends to spin inward, affecting communication and technology.
The One Where We Unlock Rewards With Ease: A Conversation on Making Everyday Spending More Rewarding
Q: Do you think, like, in your experience, what do you think is, like, the biggest mental barriers that keeps us from maximizing what's sitting already in front of us?
The main barriers are not understanding how the points work, not knowing where to redeem them, and a misconception that you have to be a heavy, time-intensive user to get value. When people see a clear path—aligning programs with daily habits and using tools that automate or simplify tracking—the behavior changes and rewards become more accessible.
The One About Disability Advocacy with Prasanna Ranganathan
Q: What would you say for people that could come into work and say, hey, what are we doing about this? How can they start being active about accessibility and DEI in an organization?
Start by embedding accessibility as a design and life philosophy, not a checkbox; create an accessibility round table with a single point of contact, ensure everyone in the organization understands how to activate inclusive practices in their daily work, and treat advocacy as a shared, ongoing responsibility across all teams.
