  • ADHD Carla Ciccone

As someone starting a diagnosis journey, I was excited to hear this podcast. But I heard more about Sarah (and in hyper speed no less) .. honestly - the guest barely got a word in … we heard more about Sarah’s diagnosis and symptoms than about ADHD.

  • Used to enjoy this

I used to enjoy this podcast its become very hard to listen to. I keep trying to give it a shot and then have to turn it off half way through. I love Sarah but I have realized that every episode is the same as the last. She speaks over and interrupts all her guests. The questions are always the same. I prefer the solo podcast because at least I don’t have to listen to her interrupting. We enjoy your guest we want to hear what they have to say without your thoughts on it.

I love the guests and topics she has but holy cow I wish she would let her guests talk so much more than she does.

The One About Perimenopause, Sex Drive and Supporting Yourself Through Hormonal Shifts with Dr. Farzana Haq
Q: What should we be looking at and how should we be self-documenting so that when we go into our physician, you can do your job really effectively?
It's important to track your symptoms, how your energy levels are, how you're feeling based on your cycle, and make your doctor aware of what you're documenting to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
The One About Food Fear, Diet Culture, and Giving Yourself Permission to Eat with Abbey's Kitchen
Q: How do you create content that differs from typical health and wellness influencers?
I focus on evidence-based practices and debunk myths perpetuated by influencers, aiming to educate people on making informed dietary choices.
The One About Food Fear, Diet Culture, and Giving Yourself Permission to Eat with Abbey's Kitchen
Q: What is your core message for people regarding food and diet culture?
Everyone has their own unique approach to food, and it's vital to prioritize self-care rather than restrictions, allowing for a healthier relationship with nutrition.
The One About Sexless Relationships, Inauthentic Love and Liberation with Amber Rae
Q: What does it feel like living authentically and true to yourself while facing societal judgment?
It feels uncomfortable, but ultimately freeing when you recognize that people's judgments stem from their own pain.
The One About Sexless Relationships, Inauthentic Love and Liberation with Amber Rae
Q: How have you navigated telling the truth about what actually occurred for you and this meeting of a different person while being in another relationship?
I wanted to tell the story because it's so taboo and shame is a reason why so many people stay in situations they've long outgrown.
