  • Like listening to my girlfriends with anxiety

I love the book, the community, and especially the podcast. The Anxiety Sisters feel like really smart friends who are also therapists — who also have anxiety. I love this podcast. It is the right amount of time for listening and so interesting and fun.

  • Great podcast!

I really enjoy this podcast. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the spin cycle noise at the end. I often listen to this while I am putting my kids to sleep and the loud noise for an anxiety and trauma sufferer is quite abrupt. Please consider removing that and I will update my review. Thanks!
