    My friend and I were talking about weight loss and she told me about guy she knew lost weight through this organization…so I looked up the organization and found this podcast. John Madeson, I am impressed! This isn’t about weight, this about becoming our best self and self actualizing and I am here for it! Two podcasts in and I was sold. I’ve already shared it with two people…Now I’m ready to move towards superhuman status!

    I went on John’s program for 2 years. What I like is the program is tailored to you with the full support of a coach. I lost 25% of my body weight through calorie deficit and exercise, reset my metabolism and then slowly increased my calories and exercise intensity to find my maintenance calories. It works. It is expensive, but if you are short of time, motivated and can afford it then it go get what’s yours.
