I have known John for a long time and I have trained under him. I bought into John’s message years ago and I always listen but I’m writing this review to bring attention to episode 286. Go check it out….be prepared to get fired up!!!! Keep it coming Johnny! 🔥💪

My friend and I were talking about weight loss and she told me about guy she knew lost weight through this organization…so I looked up the organization and found this podcast. John Madeson, I am impressed! This isn’t about weight, this about becoming our best self and self actualizing and I am here for it! Two podcasts in and I was sold. I’ve already shared it with two people…Now I’m ready to move towards superhuman status!
I went on John’s program for 2 years. What I like is the program is tailored to you with the full support of a coach. I lost 25% of my body weight through calorie deficit and exercise, reset my metabolism and then slowly increased my calories and exercise intensity to find my maintenance calories. It works. It is expensive, but if you are short of time, motivated and can afford it then it go get what’s yours.
There is no other fitness podcast like this one, addressing the number one thing no one else talks about: your mind. If you can’t get you mind right it becomes hard to find success in fitness and all aspects of life. I love starting my Monday mornings off listening to the show!
