  • Excellent preparation and a clear love for learning

Good guests, well chosen, always relevant to the core topics of self-love. Bel must actually read the guests’ books in their entirety, because she asks excellent questions that would not be possible if she had not. She then lets the guest really answer the question. Many hosts cut their guests short, but not Bel. She lets each guest shine, which helps us learn along with her. Very very good!

  • Learn to appreciate yourself

Loved the episode about strengthening your relationship with yourself. It’s so easy to opt out of being with your thoughts or having solo time. But spending time alone, and enjoying it, is a skill. I appreciated Bel listing things she enjoys doing on her own so listeners can figure out how to recreate that in their own lives.
