Good guests, well chosen, always relevant to the core topics of self-love. Bel must actually read the guests’ books in their entirety, because she asks excellent questions that would not be possible if she had not. She then lets the guest really answer the question. Many hosts cut their guests short, but not Bel. She lets each guest shine, which helps us learn along with her. Very very good!
The Self-Love Club has quickly become a favorite of mine! I'm consistently impressed by the engaging conversations, insightful content, and actionable ideas. I truly learn something every time I tune in. Highly recommend giving it a listen, as it is sure to leave you feeling motivated and inspired to cultivate more self-love in your own life.
Loved the episode about strengthening your relationship with yourself. It’s so easy to opt out of being with your thoughts or having solo time. But spending time alone, and enjoying it, is a skill. I appreciated Bel listing things she enjoys doing on her own so listeners can figure out how to recreate that in their own lives.
These podcasts really help me navigate dating in a healthy way and also have great reminders around a bit of self love as well as healthy habits and the like. Highly recommend!
I have been an follower from the start. I have shredded many tears and laughter within the hours of listening. I love how realistic & raw the sessions are. The podcast leaves you inspired to be an BOSS WOMEN.
