So Helpful
I'm someone who grew up in a dysfunctional family rife with chaos, unpredictability and alcoholism. If you are an adult child of alcoholism (including grandparents and aunt and uncles even if your parents aren't alcoholic) you will learn so much about yourself and how to improve the quality of your life. Ms Griffin is an excellent therapist and kind and direct. I listen to the same podcasts over and over
Great podcast! I just started listening and love the smaller episodes. Finding much to think about.
I totally love this little succinct podcast that’s packed w/goodness
I’m not even sure how I got here but I’m glad I am!!!!!
Love your voice, pitch and flow
Just wholesome & organic
I love these podcasts. They're short and deep. No one explains this stuff as well as Jeanie. Don't miss them!
