  • Great for healing and personal growth

I'm someone who grew up in a dysfunctional family rife with chaos, unpredictability and alcoholism. If you are an adult child of alcoholism (including grandparents and aunt and uncles even if your parents aren't alcoholic) you will learn so much about yourself and how to improve the quality of your life. Ms Griffin is an excellent therapist and kind and direct. I listen to the same podcasts over and over
