I am the son of Dana Skoglund and I listen to every one of her podcasts, they remind me to keep up my good habits and break my bad ones. Even tho I’m only 12 I find this podcast very helpful because not only is it nice way to use 20 minutes it specifically tells me what I’m doing good and what I’m doing bad. Listening to this podcast will help you stay fit, achieve your goals, stay healthy and overall improve your additude.
Dana’s coaching is spectacular and this is a way to get little tastes of huge life hacks that she teaches in her sessions. She is heart felt about improving peoples lives, and she should be world renowned in my opinion based on how much she has helped me. I recommend this podcast for the practical reminders to ground ourselves and stick with the facts, not the stories; to take advantage of the lessons of life’s ups and downs, and to not be too hard on ourselves when we don’t need to be.
This podcast is a true gift and I’m grateful Dana is sharing her journey in rediscovering pleasure and the softness of life this is the medicine I need (and will always need). I highly recommend listening and subscribing to this gem.
