  • Genuine, heartfelt, brilliant (and practical) ideas

Dana’s coaching is spectacular and this is a way to get little tastes of huge life hacks that she teaches in her sessions. She is heart felt about improving peoples lives, and she should be world renowned in my opinion based on how much she has helped me. I recommend this podcast for the practical reminders to ground ourselves and stick with the facts, not the stories; to take advantage of the lessons of life’s ups and downs, and to not be too hard on ourselves when we don’t need to be.
