  • Brilliant and innovative!

Great podcast! I have learnt so much from Amitay and Anastasia about the skin and skin longevity. Some people will criticise the products for being pricy, and sure if you compare it to the regular drugstore products they are. It is however more relevant and fair to compare to advanced skincare treatments.

It’s rare I take time out of my busy working mom schedule to write a review. I’m pretty sure this is only the second time I’ve reviewed a podcast. I believe it’s warranted to give a shout out to Young Goose. I listen to the Better podcast by Dr. Stephanie Estima and through her podcast discovered Young Goose. It’s very timely for me as I’m 48 and have been deep in the optimal health world for at least the last 10 years, and my skin is definitely aging. Amitay is very down to earth, yet speaks qu... more
