I feel I’m in good company listening to this. I strongly admire the guests and hosts that share their stories. As someone that deals with CPTSD, I very much appreciate the sensitivity of the hosts with the trigger warnings, but regardless it feels gentle to listen to which isn’t always the case with trauma advocacy/ educational material. Great content, will definitely keep tuning in.
