  • Lighthearted and fun, but practical

These past few years have been insane (as everyone knows) and I love this podcast because it is fun, it is funny, but you still learn how to be healthy and do life well.

  • Disgusting

There’s a difference between telling women with babies to bounce back and supporting women to feel confident in their body. These two kids the mark completely and are so out of touch with reality

  • Hi guys!

Even though these 2 don’t have “qualification”, they always provide helpful tips for young and upcoming adults. Qualifications are NOT everything, you don’t need a qualification for every thing that comes out of your mouth, so before you discredit them, you do have a certificate saying I completed uni in writing a review. Didn’t think so.
