    i’m a long time listener of the podcast and have loved almost every episode…up until this point. the constant use of “bad” or “junk” food in this episode made it really hard for me to keep listening. i have struggled with binge eating for over half of my life and have only recently started my journey to recovery with intuitive eating. hearing this kind of language from someone who has such a huge following is extremely discouraging. there’s a difference between having foods that don’t make you, ... more
