Really enjoy your podcast! Loved episode 365 and your conversation with Jess Lane. It is so nice to listen to a light-hearted fitness podcast! What really resonated with me was what a fun interview it is, with so many laughs! Plus, tons of amazing takeaways in this episode! Thank you!
Why does Erin always sound like she’s a WWE announcer when she’s introducing guests?
Love it, no notes. Been listening for years, it’s silly but reminds me that exercise exists. Stanger and Erin delight 😃
I’ll give it three stars because whenever I need motivation I go back and listen to the old episodes with Eugene and Stanger where it was the traditional format of just asking people about their fitness journey. The pod really fell off when they switched hosts. Maybe not because of her, but just the format changes (I don’t care about fitness movie reviews). It used to give good advice while being very funny, and now it does neither
This podcast inspired me to join a gym and get in shape after 10 years of inactivity! The main reason to listen is that Erin and Stanger are funny and have great chemistry. Also they know a lot about fitness and diet.
