Nov 5 episode resonated so much I listened to it twice. It is so relevant to so many. Giving ourselves permission to be guided from a place of more substance and not having to preface with “I know this sounds woo woo”.
Ellen is mesmerizing as she takes us on a journey to learn the workings of our brain and how to optimize our activity.
Ellen takes what could be a very complex subject matter, our brain and how it works, and makes it so easy for anyone to understand. I find myself taking notes or rewinding to hear key points she makes that I want to remember and put in practice. Truly a great podcast and the music she has incorporated is so lovely.
Ellen has offered a unique and valuable glimpse into our own human potential. Everyone should listen intently to this podcast, and put Ellen’s info to work for your own life’s adventure.
Ellen takes our complex brain chemistry and makes it approachable and actionable in real words. I look forward to learning more.
