    I saw Nadia speak at the compassionate approaches to weight loss event run by MNU in November 2021 and I was really interested in what she had to say. Fast forward a few months and I discovered this podcast and immediately got hooked. It has been a game changer for me to listen to other women speak openly and honestly about the things that are often taboo.
