Just recently found this and am hooked. I’m not usually a big fan of podcasts as I find it hard to find the time to listen to them. But am making the effort for this. Such a useful resource for anyone (like me) is trying to heal their relationship with their body and food. Thank you so much Nadia and Honey.

This podcast has helped me with my relationship with my body and provides enjoyable, inclusive, and thoughtful insights in every episode.
