Hi! more
Listened to Episode 11: Tommy Rivers Puzey and Episode 27: Alper Aydemir online (unfortunately 11 isn’t on Apple anymore). Appreciated the depth they went into Tommy’s background story, mindset, diet, training plan, etc. Same with Alper (minus he didn’t go into diet/training since he isn’t a runner).
These guys are awesome to listening to. Such informative discussion with a good balance between in depth scientific research and fun, anecdotal information. Sometimes the audio quality is rough, but it’s always worth the listen. Keep it up guys!
Interesting material but the sound quality is TERRIBLE! Sit closer to the mike, or speak up.
This podcast filled with refreshing honest conversations on all important topics about runnings. If you are passionate about running, especially in endurance running coach Jacob Puzey will take care of you.
