  • Running Buddy

Mario’s podcast, the morning shakeout, is an extension of my kit I put on before I head out the door on my runs. It’s my running buddy on the long run, my commute companion when I have to drive to my running location. The nuanced conversations are captivating, and the questions thoughtful.

I enjoy the variety of speakers and teachers he has on his platform. It’s fun, it’s interesting, it’s insightful.

I’ve recommended the podcast to many friends— runners and non-runners alike.
