  • Helpful!

Tara is the real deal. I have been following her on Instagram years, and she offers practical, realistic advice for the busy woman who cares about being healthy and looking great too. I love that she emphasizes being strong for life over getting a bikini body. Great guests, easy to listen to, and love that podcasts are not too long.
