This is my FAVORITE podcast to listen to each week. Whether it’s solo episodes or interviews, Tara always has so much to share that’s super engaging and always brings in such interesting guests. I can’t get enough!
I love how honest Tara is. Her content is so educational but also very straightforward and easy to follow. She is helping me step away a little from cardio to prioritize strength training for my own health. Just love the podcast and her personality as a host!
