Her guests are informative and the topics are always based on proven SCIENCE which is so refreshing! She also has really great questions to a... more
Generally enjoy this category on women’s fitness and health, but the tone of this podcast is condescending and delivers conventional info we’ve heard in the space. And the guest on the emotional eating episode was terrible - didn’t answer the host’s questions and kept repeating the same thing. Unfortunately nothing to learn here.
I LOVE Broads podcast, I listen to it while I meal prep every week. Tara is such a refreshing real voice, she sheds light to so many different struggles women go through. The guest speakers are always experts in their fields, bringing so much information.
