First of all, 5 stars for the F word.
Tara (and the Taylors and now Sarah) has changed my life. I have been listening since it was the Tara talk, and before Broads was a thing. She has challenged the way I think about health and fitness and changed my relationship with my body. I cannot praise her enough. I am now a Certified Broad and I’m never going back.
Im literally obsessed with this podcast. Its so inspiring and informative! Definitely worth the listen!
