He also seems very trustworthy, so I feel good about relying on the information I learn on his podcast. So many podcasts these days have turned into long infomercials, so it’s refreshing ... more
Very informative
Pros: great info, great sources, great books
Cons too much information, too many episodes through a lot or listen to
One of the most comprehensive podcasts on health and fitness that doesn’t get too scientific for the non PhD in the listening audience. The host asks such great questions.

If you want people to get more out of your podcasts, please work on your delivery.
Thanks!!
