Helped me break free from destructive habits, stuff I wanted to get away from for years. Their book, and this podcast, has helped me decide what I allow in my mind and body - and makes it easy to do so. Completely deconstructs "addiction" and shows me I have the ability to change.

This podcast validates everything I knew in my gut about AA and the rest of the 12-step fellowships. If you are someone contemplating change you need to know there are alternatives to the fellowships.
