Hi, today for my 1st time I listened to one of your episodes which was the 3/26/26 show. The stars must have been aligned because the topic was just what I needed to hear I am a couple of weeks shy of being 4 Years clean and sober and I have been feeling lately that I have plateaued but this episode gave me the knowledge of what to do to stay strong and focused. I won’t loose sight of the main goal. Thank-you kindly. Steve From NH !
I really enjoy hearing Shane be real. Those are my favorite episodes, when he just comes out with facts and real life. I mostly skip the episodes with guests because I don’t find them helpful. I like the story’s of every day man. I dont relate to sports guys or famous people, I’d much rather hear from the guy who has a good job and deals with the normal stress like most of us.
Shane brings valuable voices to be interviewed. The guests provide information as well as opportunities to be open with recovery and another way of life. Listen in.
Great podcast
Good content and presentation overall, and Shane is easy to listen to, but it quickly got repetitious. I'm not religious which may be why it felt like Christianity kept getting pumped down my throat. It always feels like he's talking about guys running their businesses as though everyone who listens is either a business owner or striving towards that constantly. That seems out of touch with the vast majority of people everywhere.

A practical, performance-focused show centered on removing alcohol to reclaim clarity, focus, and effective leadership. Across solo episodes and candid discussions, the host mixes personal sobriety stories with actionable strategies—routines, accountability, and social reframe—aimed at high-achieving men seeking better energy, relationships, and work results. Themes frequently cover self-dacking habits, 30-day sobriety challenges, social navigation while sober, and critiques of alcohol culture, all delivered with a no-nonsense, motivational coaching vibe that emphasizes sobriety as optimization rather than abstinence. A standout facet is the recurring invitation to join a coaching community and a broader ecosystem around sober performance a... more
