  • Steady decline

I agree with the previous reviewer who mentioned constructive criticism in their title. Mr. Mylett’s show is incredibly biased toward Trump to the point where he seems to be unable to keep an open mind toward other viewpoints. I used to enjoy his podcast, and thought he truly wanted to help others, but over time it appears as if his main purpose with his podcast is to push his reality off onto others. Money isn’t everything Mr. Mylett. There are differing viewpoints in the world other than your ... more

  • Constructive Criticism

I used to find myself very inspired by this podcast. Every once in a while, though, even the best of us can use feedback. I have noticed much fewer women are brought on and when they talk of their trauma, it gets cut off. It also seems like AI is being used to edit the material as the intro is played multiple times in many of the episodes. This last podcast episode, however, made me want to cry. Privilege is blinding, Ed. Your comment about the cab driver “not knowing trump” was disturbing to me... more

The Thoughts You’re Thinking Right Now Are DESTROYING Your Future | Ed Mylett
Q: How can someone break free from a past-focused mindset and build a future-oriented routine?
By adopting four key strategies: 1) begin with possibility projections to forecast outcomes; 2) run a phone fast to reduce past/present distractions; 3) practice small box focus to cultivate present attention; 4) name the dummy to disarm negative self-talk. These create a consistent, future-focused habit.
How to Stop Defining Yourself by Your Failures Feat. Dr. Nate Zinsser
Q: What practical steps can listeners take to rewire their thinking for confidence?
Start with a written list of your top personal and professional accomplishments to build a psychological bank account, then practice the ESP Daily Reflection to evaluate effort, successes, and progress daily, reinforcing a positive neuro-chemical state that supports confidence.
How to Stop Defining Yourself by Your Failures Feat. Dr. Nate Zinsser
Q: What creates confidence in the brain as a mechanism?
Confidence is shaped by repeated activation of neural clusters linked to successful memories and experiences, which over time rewires the brain to default toward confident thinking and action rather than hesitancy.
The Most Important Conversation You’ll Ever Have With Yourself | Ed Mylett
Q: What does self-love mean in practice beyond liking yourself?
Self-love means acting in a way that supports your physical, psychological, and spiritual growth, including discipline, healthy habits, and truthful self-talk; it requires setting boundaries and choosing actions that align with your deeper values.
James Dumoulin: Authority Hacking & Growing Your Platform
Q: What are your thoughts on AI and its impact on influencers and branding?
AI will make content creation broader and harder to stand out; do not rely on AI to replace real humans—focus on high-quality, original content and leverage AI for crafting ideas, not for cloning yourself.
