  • Finding Joy in the Hard Road

This episode brilliantly reminded us that discomfort isn’t detour, it’s direction. The “hard road” you described doesn’t just test us—it tells us we’re on the path meant for us. Thanks for offering courage alongside clarity.

  • Truly Inspirational!

I have listened to Ed for years now, love him and his content. I am not on any social media platforms nor do I rarely rate but I realized that I needed to show my appreciation and support to someone who consistently strives to help people. I am also very impressed with his dedication to his Faith, I’m a strong believer and it’s rare to find someone with a platform like his to put himself out there. Great job Ed, Thank you for helping us grow and making the world better with your kindness, great ... more

  • Content is solid - way too many ads

Ed used to not have any ads. He then would specifically state he only advertises for brands he personally uses and believes in and there were only 1-2 an episode. I finally just unfollowed because the episode was interrupted it felt like every 10 minutes…Prime, Slack….clearly they’ve gotten to him.

  • A Legacy of Kindness and Truth

The final interview with Judge Frank Caprio was such a touching reminder that legacy isn’t built on power or accolades, but on compassion, fairness, and the way we make others feel. This is what Ed does so well with this podcast: every conversation carries wisdom that reaches beyond success and reminds us of the deeper values that truly matter in life and leadership.
