Absolutely love these keep them coming !!!! 👊🏻💫
These guys are talking about the things we should all really be thinking about as pertains to mental & physical health, and what a huge part food plays. So many of these issues are constantly over looked or taken for granted, and it’s very insightful and thought provoking to listen to these pros talk with each other and their guests. So very relevant if you’re in the service industry, or if you’re just looking to get inspired.
Such a great first podcast! Also suffering with an invisible illness, it was inspiring to hear what someone else has been through and the routes they’ve taken to live a healthier and manageable life! Can’t wait to hear what’s on podcast number 2!!!!
Just listened to this first podcast and was knocked out by the sincere honesty and openness of Kirk Haworth’s interview by Doug Sanham and Andrew Clarke. It tackled some taboo subjects with much sensitivity which made for a fascinating show. Can’t wait to hear the next one. Well done guys I think you’ve cracked it. 👏👏👏
