    Edit another 4 years later:

Still at it! I had my first baby and without Rev my body and soul would definitely not have been ready. I used to hate looking at my stomach not being flat. Not anymore! Since my baby is small I fell out listening each week for about a year and this week I got back at it. Wow what a difference it made! I could feel a complete difference in my closeness with God that I didnt tune in. Thankful I am doing it now, such a vital part of my life this podcast.
