  • Experiencing the Love of the God

This episode with Francis touched me deeply. I’ve been a Christian for 47 years and I don’t think I’ve ever truly grasped the deep love of God for me. I’ve strived and tried to do things to make God proud of me, all the while His love for me was waiting, strong and steady. The Holy Spirit met me today and reminded me of this simple yet most important truth. Thank you Jennie and Francis for obeying the call of God and allowing the Holy Spirit room to minister to my heart today. I’m wrecked!

  • No Interruptions

Important and timely info! Wonderful guests and godly counsel. I gave a 3 star rating for one reason--Jennie interrupts her guests stories to tell her own relatable story. I struggle with this myself so I get it! But it is really distracting.

  • Authenticity

I absolutely love and highly respect your willingness to be real.

Thank you for being vulnerable… you are modeling that imperfection is just part of being human and that none of us are exempt from it.

Q: Tell me about your quiet time and how you structure it.
Jon Tyson explains a deliberate 90-minute morning rhythm, centered on enjoying God, contemplative reading, and tending the heart so that His presence remains the baseline of daily life. He emphasizes identifying what you need from God each day and arranging time around that need, rather than following a rigid list.

The Lie, the Brain, and the Way We Heal with Dr. Curt Thompson
Q: When you watch someone like me get more free right in front of you, where you're seeing breakthrough, what is your hope in that moment?
I hope that the breakthrough becomes a model others can follow, showing that real freedom is possible and that ongoing practice is essential, not a one-time event.
BONUS EPISODE: Live in Waco with Jonathan Pokluda and Jennie Allen
Q: What does it look like to wait with God and not just wait on God, especially in the context of college life and ministry?
Waiting with God means transforming hunger and longing into deeper relationship with Christ, channeling desires toward spiritual disciplines like fasting and presence with Jesus, and trusting God rather than pursuing control or external validation. It involves practical steps like community accountability and choosing to live in a way that reflects faith in action rather than chasing worldly measures of success.
