  • Best Podcast Discovery

I have loved Annie’s Podcast for years, I discovered her from another Podcast ‘Revive Our Hearts’ - Nancy De Moss Wolgemuth where she was a guest and we’ve been ‘besties’ since. She is so relatable, so wise, and so fun. Highly recommend!

  • Phenomenal and inspiring

Oh my goodness! I’ve listened to Annie for years and she always brings the diamonds. Recently listening to Lauren and Thomas Rhett and their latest adventure is just so beautiful. I’ve heard interactions between Annie and them in past years and it’s always good to hear them be everyday people, but this latest trip to Africa and everything that came with it was so beautiful to hear how they dug deep, kept listening to God, and grew their family’s faith in walking out their own. Thank you, Annie... more

Q: How do you talk to friends who grew up with the faith but now doubt or deconstruct their beliefs?
Lead with mercy and discernment, distinguish between those who share your faith and those who don't, and frame conversations around core truths while allowing space for questions and growth.
A Life Marked by Discipline and Generosity with Jon Acuff- Episode 1058
Q: What practice can someone start today to procrastination-proof themselves?
Start really small—spend 15 minutes a day for seven days on a desired activity, then gradually increase if it feels good. The idea is to audition a goal and build a comfortable on-ramp rather than overhauling your life at once.
Singleness and the Desire to Be a Mother: A Story of Foster Care, Adoption & Hope- Episode 1059
Q: How did you handle the big transition when you were told you would take two boys on Monday?
She prayed, called a friend for support, and decided to take the leap, accepting the challenge and leaning on a community to navigate the early days.
Singleness and the Desire to Be a Mother: A Story of Foster Care, Adoption & Hope- Episode 1059

A Catalyst Conference moment in 2010 where a video about U.S. orphans and a call to adoption struck Christen's heart, making her see adoption as part of her future.
Raising Capable Kids in an Anxious World with Sissy Goff & David Thomas- Episode 1054
Q: When should parents consider counseling for their kids?
Try the capabilities framework and workbook first; if it doesn't move the needle, counseling can be a great next step, with Daystar or local trusted counselors as options.
