  • Impactful podcast for midlife women

No that I’m in menopause, I’m learning about all the information I wish I’d known before and during peri menopause! This podcast provides women with the most amazing and impactful information about the most transitional phase of our lives, through stories and experiences of other women and experts. I recommend it for women of any age, but particularly for women in their 30’s and beyond.
