I love this podcast. I listen on the train every morning on my way to work and get my dose of news. Love that I get the headlines but also get to hear more about a big news story. Definitely recommend.
Someone needs to proofread the written summaries for each episode. They are often riddled with spelling and punctuation errors. Today’s Good News Update (17 October) is shocking. I have no idea how this gets published in its current format.
I had to switch off the podcast as soon as it crossed to a reporter covering Erin Patterson’s sentencing on August 26th. The audio quality was so poor it was physically uncomfortable to listen to. Basically a barrage of advertising peppered with amateurishly delivered titbits of news.
One of the biggest stories in the country this week and crickets are all we hear.
ABC vs Lattouf verdict should definitely have been featured on both the Quickly and MMOL before close of business Friday.
I’m a regular listener and subscriber and I genuinely expect better than this. Be impartial and do your job.
