I love this podcast! Both Claire and Dr. M have the best voices to listen to. They are so down to earth and not afraid to ask and answer any question. This is the podcast I didn't know I needed!!

After being a huge fan of Mamamia in general and also Claire Murphy for years, this show has just been the icing on the cake! As an individual with multiple ongoing chronic health concerns I’m wary of where I get my info from. This show is so perfect as it is evidence based, professional but also pleasant and enjoyable to listen to and get those health reminders! Love!
Both hosts bounce really well off each other and Dr Mariam is a wealth of info.
