Lefty trash. Can we have a nice recovery podcast trashing the country? I’m not here for politics.
It felt like Christmas morning today when I woke up and found a new Recovery in the Middle Ages podcast. There were so few episodes in 2024 that I began to despair, but this is already the second episode in 2025. In the first show this year I heard Nat and Mike say that they planned to do more shows, and voilà! A new show. I've been listening for a couple of years now, and yes, I was one of those people who read the title of the show and somehow thought it was about the history of addiction. At ... more
I just found your podcast today, searching for the topic ”Rational Recovery”, a method that suits me very well. That episode was really good! Personally I wish I had known of Rational Recovery many years ago - that would have saved me a lot of time and anxiety. I just listened to the books, made a Big Plan, and live style turned immediately!
Listen to a couple of more episodes, and all of them were just great! Had a lot of laughs! Thanks!
As someone who is early in recovery, this show is a great listen and I’m excited every time I see a new episode posted. Hoping to see more episodes in 2025.
I’m so glad these guys are back. Stayed up late to listen!! A simple, funny reminder that life is still all of the things, only better (and more funny) in sobriety.
