I like Christinaans questions, they seem to spawn a lot of good discussion. 🌊🌊🏔
I happened upon the “It’s all in the breathing” episode and it turned out to be very significant as I am healing from CPTSD and have learned that I don’t, and haven’t for much of my life, BREATHED on a regular basis. I am training myself to be mindful of it and am understanding the health implications of holding one’s breaths and not being in the flow. I look forward to catching up on all of the episodes and continuing to build a mindfulness and meditation ritual and can’t wait to learn more!
Each new episode explores meditation and mindfulness under a new, interesting angle. Wonderful guests and interviewer. Always a treat to listen to!
