Hearing the episode of getting back after kids resonated. As a middle aged father of young kids, business owner, and multiple injuries over the years, every chance back at the gym was hit with setbacks. I realize now I don’t have to train like the athlete I was a lifetime ago. Choices to put others first aren’t excuses. But not doing a little is.
If you are into strength training or looking to get into it, this is a must follow podcast. The focus on minimizing the risk of injury is a must for any athlete, no matter what programming you follow. This podcast focuses on providing the listener with guidelines and support in a manner which is easy to understand and easy to implement. I look forward to each episode and often listen to them twice because each episode is loaded with relevant information. Really loving this podcast.

Thank you Rori and Allyssa for the gr... more
