It was a joy to join Kim on Between Two Lips and talk openly about health, healing, and hidden environmental triggers like mold and toxins. Kim asked thoughtful questions and held space with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. The conversation felt honest, grounded, and full of hope — exactly what many of us need when navigating complex health issues. Kim’s dedication to women’s wellness and her welcoming presence made this a meaningful and empowering episode.
I really enjoy Kim’s podcast. The one with JJ Virgin covered all of my current physical health needs and provided validating information.
I had been using the Buff Muff app for pelvic floor dysfunction. I am 72 years old have. I am more than pleased with the pelvic floor improvement as well as my general muscle strength.
I find this podcast with other speakers in the field very helpful and informative.
I am so thankful for this conversation and research. I am 50 and just suffered a significant knee issue “out of nowhere” and due to my weight and told knee replacement won’t be happening until I lose a significant amount of weight. I bought the muff buff method for my 50th birthday in December and didn’t really get past buying what I needed. But due to that email I learned about this post episode exactly when I needed it. THANK YOU!
This podcast has made a huge difference for me in navigating my journey into menopause and dealing with stage 3 or 4 prolapse. It makes me cry sometimes, hearing the stories of other women because of their struggle but also because it’s such a big deal to not feel so alone in my experiences. I have learned so much here and feel prepared with the right questions for my physicians and therapist, and I know about other treatment options that even they have never heard of.
Also, lady physicians, but that’s implied/obvious ;-)
As part of a medically underserved population (a woman, post menopausal), I am so grateful for Kim putting herself and all her experience out there. She and her well versed guests remove the veil from pelvic health topics, which are numerous and incredibly varied. Full disclosure: I am also a member of her Buff Muff community, which I highly recommend.
