  • Thank You

My therapist introduced me to the concept of Positive Disintegration and during my deep dive I found your podcast. I’ve listened to 15 episodes in the past week and have to say all of what you present resonates with me so much. I appreciate you taking the time to do this and also recognize when to help the lay person interpret the jargon and concepts. Looking forward to getting through the entire back catalog and being an ongoing listener. Cheers.

  • Stumbled upon and never felt more empowered

I found this podcast through some podcasts on neurodivergence and eating disorders and the deep dive I’ve been on has been setting off so many epiphanies for me. I feel like these people just “get” me and I don’t even know them. I think this way and it feels like Chris and the speakers are my people. As a psychology lover and researcher I’ve never felt so eager to learn and treating myself as my own research project! It’s empowering to for the first time not see myself as defective, disabled and... more
