In this episode I talk through how I've come to realize my second son is also PDA - with a more internalized expression than my first - and how the process has been both similar and different from the first time.
I hope it's helpful for you :)
In today's episode I speak with Megan, the mother of an 8-year-old PDAer who equalizes against her sibling on the walk to school. Megan comes up with something to try for a couple weeks to see if it's helpful.

Thank you so much Casey for bringing forth so much information on understanding and supporting our PDA kids. It’s incredibly validating when you share the struggles and trauma you’ve been through, as I live it too. I’m so grateful for the tools you share that increase my connection with my wonderful child.
I am so grateful to have found Casey’s work. As a PDA parent of two AuDHD PDAers, I am always looking for resources to help me navigate this journey. Casey offers insight, understanding, and so much compassion along with knowledge gained from her own lived experience. I recommend her work to anyone supporting or working with my kids, as well as other parents and caregivers on this wild roller coaster of PDA parenting. I listen to this podcast more than any other and I don’t see that changing any... more
