As a newly qualified and inquisitive Pilates teacher and also a qualified personal trainer, I love these podcasts. Particularly the ones with Heath Lander (more Heath please!). I’m more interested in the technical and actual exercise discussions rather than the business ones. An episode per exercise or per exercise cluster would be fabulous. I listen everyday and relisten.
