    I recently started a Pilates teacher training program and the anatomy portion of the training had my head spinning. I felt so discouraged that I began to question whether or not I was cut out for becoming a Pilates instructor. I’m someone who wants to know the why and how behind everything and the anatomy course only taught insertions and exertions and the Pilates course only taught the exercises.
