  • Pete Cohen - The Motivator of mind, body and health!

    Pete Cohens podcasts are always informative about your mind body and health.

    Great episode with training expert Collin Deans. I agree with Collin that Pete’s the most enthusiastic person I have ever had the privilege to meet at events I have attended.

    This episode with Collin really resonated with me as I’m in my early 50’s and want to keep on moving my body to get fitter and stronger.

    I will definitely be checking out collin Dean’s Instagram reels demonstrating in how we should move our body…

  • What can I say but WOW

    I don’t usually leave reviews but Pete Cohen podcast is the best in my opinion he asks really good questions wich don’t just scratch at the service they go deep u see the skin so you get more value from his content IN MY OPINION but let’s face it this is why you are reading my review right now take a listen to a couple of episodes which resonate with you and you will hopefully experience the same thing I did
