  • Tough for me to stay engaged

There are bits of gold scattered throughout the first two LONG episodes (can’t get through any more) but as a person who experiences pda, I feel frustrated that I have to stay engaged through a lot of vague banter and confessions in order to get to the nitty gritty: 1. What is it? Define and give short examples. What can it look like in adults, in children? Define and give short examples 2. Solutions and short examples

A good pod, just not for me.

  • Every episode feels like coming home

I’m not sure how else to describe it - but listening to this podcast feels like a deep exhale. It’s just wonderful. Your voices are so needed and I’m so grateful this exists. I originally learned about Chris on AuDHD Flourishing so to hear the recent episode with Mattia was a lovely full circle moment. Would love to dive more into the existential piece and how it dovetails with giftedness. I loved the discussion in that episode around diagnostic language and the actual goal. I’ve personally fel... more

I experienced this the first time over 30 years ago. I too, was feeling VERY stressed at the time. I remember feeling a bit stunned and thinking that the contrast between inner and o... more
