i love this podcast! i’m a 14 year old girl and was just diagnosed a few months ago with type one. i had been training all year to make a lacrosse team when i ended up in DKA. and i seemed to lose all my muscle and progress in only a week. i’m sure you can imagine what a setback this is for me haha! but this podcast helps me try to push harder and make goals for myself. my current goal is to still make that lacrosse team and hopefully start training in calisthenics this year!
Enjoying your pod & would love a masterclass for my 16 yr old! Fav foods: pizza, pasta, ice cream!
I just found this podcast and I’m so thankful that I came across it. Matt has answered more questions for me in 3 podcasts and taught me more than any doctor or endocrinologist has. It’s a daily changing disease that is defined by so much of my life and determines my readings. It’s a learning experience all the time. Thank you so much for helping and sharing your knowledge.
It’s a cool concept but not much meat. The title pulls you in but the short episodes don’t actually give you any T1D info or help, it’s just a commercial for the program.
I have had T1D for 24 years and I continue to learn new things with this podcast! Thanks for putting out creative and useful content!
