What if it’s because you’ve been reacting instead of taking control?
This might be uncomfortable to hear—but it matters.
I used to make excuses too.

Enjoying your pod & would love a masterclass for my 16 yr old! Fav foods: pizza, pasta, ice cream!
I just found this podcast and I’m so thankful that I came across it. Matt has answered more questions for me in 3 podcasts and taught me more than any doctor or endocrinologist has. It’s a daily changing disease that is defined by so much of my life and determines my readings. It’s a learning experience all the time. Thank you so much for helping and sharing your knowledge.

I have had T1D for 24 years and I continue to learn new things with this podcast! Thanks for putting out creative and useful content!

Haven’t had the best of times with diabetes so I’m looking forward to listening to more of your podcasts. I have a terrible relationship with food because ... more
